Gary K. Alexander, MD, FACS is a board certified general surgeon practicing in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex since 2007. Our primary office is located in Mansfield, Texas.

Dr. Alexander specializes in surgery of the gastrointestinal tract, including heartburn/reflux surgery, gallbladder surgery, and colon surgery. He performs endoscopy including colonoscopy for diagnostics and cancer screening. He is certified in minimally invasive surgery including Da Vinci Robot assisted surgery.

He also performs thyroid surgery, breast surgery, vascular access surgery as well as skin and soft tissue surgery.
